SEALED BIDS will be received by the Village of Unadilla, 193 Main St, Unadilla, NY 13849 until 2:00 P.M.., Monday, November 14th, 2022 and opened publicly at 2:05 PM on Tuesday November 15th, 2022 for furnishing unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel, and fuel oil to the Village of Unadilla for use in vehicles, equipment, and buildings of the Village of Unadilla as follows:
- Unleaded Regular Gasoline - 2,500 gallons estimated
- Diesel Fuel - 2,800 gallons estimated
- 60/40 Mix - 3,100 gallons estimated- bi- weekly
- Fuel Oil - 3,800 gallons estimated- Community House
- Fuel Oil - 3,200 gallons estimate- Fire House
Bids shall be submitted on forms provided by the Village. Information for bidders and bid forms can be obtained at the office of the Village Clerk. Bids will be opened and awarded on the evening of the Village Board Meeting on November 15th, 2022 at 6:30 PM at the Firehouse, 77 Clifton St. Unadilla. Bids will be for the period of November 17,2022 – November 1, 2023.
The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
