Zoning Board of Appeals
About the board
The Zoning Board consists of 5 village residents and meets as needed to decide if a residents request to do something on their property meets current village zoning laws. The board listens to applicant, neighbor, and community comments on a proposed project then reviews the zoning law to see if the project meets the law. The board plays an important part in keeping the community a good safe place to live and work.
